Trail Pass
Step 1: Check your sled for expiration of registration. Renew as soon as possible. DO NOT ORDER A TRAIL PASS FROM THE DNR WEBSITE WHEN YOU RENEW YOUR SLED REGISTRATION EVEN IF THEY ASK YOU, DO NOT BUY FROM THE DNR. DNR DOES NOT SELL $10 TRAIL PASSES.
Step 2: Renew with the club (deadline 12/15, after add $5). Fill out your membership card completely and please print. Remember to include your email address-if you use one. Return the GKMT card & payment at the August picnic, through the mail or at meetings. The earlier you get renewed the faster you can request your $10 trail pass. DO NOT REQUEST TRAIL PASS UNTIL AFTER RENEWING WITH GKMT & THAT IS PROCESSED.
Please allow about 7 business days for processing the GKMT membership. Delays may occur when waiting to renew in November due to Thanksgiving vacations out of town.
Step 3: When notified through an email from AWSC you may then send for your $10 trail pass. DO NOT SEND FOR TRAIL PASS UNTIL YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS RENEWED. If you do not do email then your notification will be the yellow AWSC card in the mail.
The preferable way to request the $10 trail pass is online. https://awsc.org/
YOU MUST GET YOUR TRAIL PASS THROUGH AWSC BY FILLING OUT THE FORM ONLINE OR MAILING THE FORM. Everyone's AWSC # remains the same. The number is on the address label of the magazine you get OR see below.
You can look up your AWSC# on the AWSC website. https://awsc.org/
